  1. FACILITY PERMITS

When entering Lazy E facility, all vehicles must stop at the EPCN front gate office for rider check in. All vehicle occupants, including children, will be required to sign a liability release. The EPCN/Lazy E staff will issue the proper facility permit. Place the permit to the driver’s side of the front windshield of the vehicle.  The permit must be displayed at all times.  Each permit will be assigned to a specific rider.  Do not trade or transfer permits. If you cause damage to any campsite, you will be held responsible for the cost of repair. Please treat the Lazy E facility with respect.

  1. HOOKUPS

Not all hookup sites have a sewer connection.  DO NOT USE A GENERATOR while hooked up to campground electricity; this is not only dangerous, but may cause electrical feedback and shut down the Lazy E Arena electricity.

  1. EARLY ARRIVAL

Camping starts Wednesday May 11, 2016 and ends Sunday May 15, 2016. You are welcome to arrive early, but you will be required to pay for additional camping days. If arriving before Wednesday May 11, 2016 Please make arrangements in advance.

  1. REGISTRATION

Registration check in will be held at the front gate office as follows:

Wednesday: 10am – 9pm
Thursday: 7 am – 10 am

There will be very limited “day of event” registration. That will only be available if there is a last minute cancellation by another racer. Please understand that EPCN Inc will not be able to promise or hold an entry for a racer if you have not pre-registered. We will attempt to fill every starting position possible but do not plan for an alternate position to be open. PRE-REGISTER AND YOU WILL HAVE THAT SPOT

Transponder scoring will be provided by eScore – transponders will be avaialble to rent at registration check in and in the vending area.

Practice will begin at 9 am Thursday morning – please be prepared to ride at that time.

RACE AND PRACTICE ORDER WILL BE POSTED ON THE JMX WEBSITE WELL IN ADVANCE OF THE EVENT.

  1. CAMPING AREAS

Only VIP RV spots are assigned

There are several camping areas. Individual campsites are not assigned.  However, you may only park in a hookup site if you have a hookup permit.  Do not use or take up space for more than one site.  If your rig is too big for the site you chose, you will have to relocate.  DO NOT SAVE SPOTS for friends.  If you want to camp with friends, please meet them off-site and arrive together.  Camping / hook ups will be assigned by Lazy E staff in an orderly fashion. Although every attempt will be made to accommodate late registration for RV camping we highly recommend registering online in advance.

  1. ELECTRIC SERVICE

Please do not overload the electrical service.  Our hook-ups are either 30-amp or 50-amp service.  Please do not plug a 30-amp rig into a 50-amp service.  Likewise, do not overload a 30-amp service with a 50-amp rig by using multiple appliances at once.

Affix the extra vehicle permit to the driver’s side of the front windshield of your vehicle.  In some cases, campsites are not large enough to accommodate both your camper and an extra vehicle.  If needed please park your extra vehicle out of the way, making sure not to take up another campsite.  There is ample parking in various locations throughout the Lazy E facility. Extra vehicle permits can be purchased at the event only by those who have already purchased a RV Permit.  Vehicles pulling a trailer are not eligible for the extra vehicle pass.
